RESEARCH
Leveraging a comprehensive approach, we employed extensive research methodologies, including user interviews and meticulous analytics analysis, to steer and inform the enhancements made to the streaming app. This thorough exploration not only provided valuable insights into user preferences and behaviors but also laid the foundation for strategic improvements aimed at elevating the overall user experience. IDEATION
Facilitated whiteboard and discussion sessions with SMEs, leveraging research findings to distill ideas for improving a streaming app. Presented wireframes to initiate further discussions, progressing to higher fidelity compositions using our established design system, enabling rapid generation of comprehensive, high-resolution compositions.

CHANNEL NUMBERS
Changing the presentation of channel numbers, our innovative solution introduces a fundamental shift in design. This novel concept accommodates larger numbers and incorporates user-friendly settings, offering scalability up to 200%. On mobile devices, a clever solution involves truncating the network badge, providing ample space for channel numbers while ensuring the continuous full visibility of the network logo. This thoughtful adjustment enhances both readability and aesthetic appeal, contributing to an improved user experience.

TURBO SCROLL
Reconceptualize and craft the Turbo Scroll concept by incorporating precisely timed animations and tactile feedback. This entails creating a seamless experience that allows users to effortlessly and swiftly navigate lengthy channel guide lists with enhanced efficiency. The goal is to design a feature that not only optimizes the scrolling process but also provides an engaging and responsive interface through animations and haptic responses.
Exploration
RECENT CHANNELS
We require a straightforward and user-friendly method for accessing recent channels directly in the full-screen player, eliminating the need to revert to the live guide view. We will add a direct link in the control overlay, as well as implement a left-swipe action to bring in a swimlane of recent channels.
