Designing OysterData – A Proactive Asset Management Platform

As the founding and sole UI/UX designer at OysterData, I led the end-to-end design of a SaaS platform aimed at transforming property asset management through AI-driven insights. OysterData centralizes property data, enabling real estate professionals to make proactive decisions that enhance Net Operating Income (NOI) and streamline operations.

Property owners and managers often grapple with fragmented data spread across spreadsheets, emails, and disparate systems. This disorganization leads to reactive maintenance, inflated costs, and missed opportunities for optimization. The goal was to design a unified platform that not only consolidates property data but also provides actionable insights to drive proactive asset management.
